Online Ordering

Step 1:
Please ensure that your bookstore is registered with FlatWorld. Registered bookstores are provided with a unique ordering link. Please note that FlatWorld is currently only able to supply bookstores in the US and Canada.

Step 2:
Select the product that you would like to order. Choose between:
  • Digital codes - Unique access codes you can download from your online bookstore dashboard
  • Paper passes - Scratch-off cards with codes, physically mailed to your bookstore

  • Note: When students redeem their digital code, they are provided with the option of ordering a color, printed textbook to accompany their online access. These books are printed and shipped on demand. If faculty requires availability of print books at the bookstore, please use our live chat and send us these details:
    • Affiliated institution
    • Title and/or ISBN
    • Professor name and/or course title
Step 3:
Use your unique ordering link to submit your order to us online.
If you believe you are already registered but need your unique ordering link, please reach out to FlatWorld Customer Service via the blue live chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen.

Return Policy and Shipping Information

Return Policy

FlatWorld does not typically accept returns. However, FlatWorld access codes never expire and can be used for any title of equal or lesser value. Returns are only available if the wrong product was shipped or if you received damaged goods. Please report any damaged or incorrect product immediately to our support team at or via the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Shipping Rates and Times

Printed access cards are mailed USPS Priority Mail or UPS and should be received within 7 business days. We can charge your USPS or UPS account if you prefer, just let us know and share your account number.
